Today I started from scratch: disconnected my Ethernet, disbled Wifi, unplugged every single gadget but a mouse and a BT keyboard. It didn't feel quite right as I've had these drives hooked up for a pretty long time without any issues but it's always a good idea to reorganize things from time to time.īut, no matter what constellation of drives I had plugged in or unplugged I still couldn't scrub. So I figured you must be right, it must be one of my drives. I started by unplugging all external drives, USB-hubs and my Wacom, restarted the Mac and using a USB mouse I could scrub perfectly. Well, I've finally figured out what was/is causing the issue: my Wacom tablet. Virtual Memory Information: (What does this mean?)ĭiagnostics Information: (What does this mean?) After Effects scrubs just fine but not Motion. Wiped the drive and installed everything from scratch but Motion is still not scrubbing. Yesterday I performed a yet another clean install of El Capitan. With CINEMA 4D I have noticed some slow-downs in the app itself but primarily when closing it down - up to 1 minute for the app to quit after the Quit command is invoked. With Photoshop it's most noticeable when using the Magnifying Glass to zoom in or out, it's a short freeze or delay before the app responds. Yes, since upgrading to El Capitan I've noticed glitches and slow-downs in Photoshop and CINEMA 4D as well.
